Privacy Statement

The Ministry of Education is collecting information through this survey to support the Future of School Financial Reporting project. The purpose of the survey is to understand user experiences and perspectives on school financial reporting processes.

Participation is voluntary, and responses will be anonymised. The only personal information collected relates to your role in the audit reporting process (e.g. school staff, auditor, or community member). This information will be used to help us understand the perspectives of different stakeholder groups. No names, contact details, or other identifying information will be collected.

All information will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of informing policy and system improvements. Data will be retained in accordance with the Ministry’s retention and disposal schedule and relevant privacy policies.
