IHC and the Ministry and Minister of Education have agreed to a settlement based around a Framework for Action. The Framework requires the Ministry to investigate several areas of education and consider how they could be improved to support disabled learners and learners with additional learning support needs.

A stakeholder group, which will include representation of disabled people and their communities, will be important for the successful implementation of the Framework. Please complete this form if you would like to be a member this group. Applications will be reviewed by the Ministry of Education and IHC.
