Please complete this form to apply for Property Maintenance Grant (PMG) one off top up.

You will receive funding equivalent to 50% of your annual PMG or $5,000, whichever amount is greater. This funding must be spent by the end of Term 1 holidays (20th April 2026).

When selecting your school, the amount you will receive will be visible next to your school name. The amounts are GST exclusive, GST will be added to the payment.

Funds will be paid directly into your schools bank account through Pourato within 5 - 10 business days of your application being received and accepted.

Please keep invoices and other project documentation as we may request these upon completion. We will follow up on the status of your works to confirm how the funding was spent.
