Early Childhood Education Funding System Review - parents and caregivers questionnaire

The Ministerial Advisory Group (MAG) Early Childhood Education funding system review wants to hear from parents and caregivers, so their experiences can feed into the work of the MAG as it develops recommendations to re-shape the funding system.
The survey is anonymous. We do not need and ask that you do not share any personal information that identifies you or other people.
If you do provide identifying information in your response, then it will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
